Are you interested in learning how to develop leadership qualities? TIGAR has implemented a Leadership Development Program. You will learn: Goal setting, conflict resolution, how to run a meeting effectively, leading by influence and lifestyle.

If you are interested in learning more on leadership skills, apply for the Leadership Development Program! This is a year long program that meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month.
